What I do

Many of my clients come to coaching when the stakes have become higher.

They may be stepping into a larger role, leading a more complex team, navigating organisational change, building strategic influence or considering what comes next in their career.

As an executive coach, I partner with leaders and leadership teams to help them think clearly, build confidence, strengthen relationships and lead effectively through these moments.

My clients range from seasoned executives to emerging leaders and high-potential talent, predominantly within the technology, creative and professional services sectors.

My role is to create the conditions for honest reflection, fresh thinking and meaningful action.

I provide a trusted, confidential space where clients can explore challenges, test assumptions, examine opportunities and think more deeply about the decisions they face.

Alongside support and encouragement, I bring thoughtful challenge, helping clients see situations from different perspectives, uncover blind spots and develop practical approaches to achieving their goals.

I'm interested in what makes people tick and love helping clients get 'unstuck'.

By building greater self-awareness, understanding their strengths and exploring new perspectives, clients are often able to overcome obstacles, make better decisions and move forward with greater confidence.
