Confidentiality

All our sessions are completely confidential.

I agree not to disclose, divulge, reveal report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which I have obtained except when authorised by the client or required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of the agreements.

Cancellations / re-scheduling

I am always happy to discuss a need to re-schedule a session and understand that urgent matters do arise. Where I can I will be flexible. 

However, if a session is cancelled, please note the following:

> 3 working days' notice: no charge.

Between 3 and 2 working days' notice: 50% of the fee

< 24 hours notice: 100% of the fee.
