A blend of executive expertise and down-to-earth coaching

Jane Coulson

Before becoming an executive coach, I worked for 17 years at Apple, where I held key Leadership and Senior Management positions in both Marketing Communications and Retail.

Throughout my career, I have enjoyed building strong cross-functional relationships, bringing strategic focus and collaborative engagement to the work and developing innovative, confident teams. I have managed significant organisational cultural and structural change, and understand what today's leaders, as well as the leaders of tomorrow, are facing in the workplace.

I've benefitted from some masterful coaching myself during my career and know just how game-changing it can be.

Career

Following my English degree, I embarked on a career in the advertising and creative industries. As a producer, I worked across many varied projects in TV, radio, press, and print for both large and small organisations.

Joining Apple in 2006, I was fortunate to be able to develop my career and leadership capabilities as the company experienced its remarkable expansion over the ensuing years across multiple product categories and global markets.

As Head of EMEIA Production in Apple Marcom, and later as Head of EMEIA Internal Communications, Learning & Development in Retail, I enjoyed leading and developing talented and creative international teams.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team within both Retail and Marcom, I actively contributed to the strategy, goals, structure, financial planning, processes, vision, purpose and culture of these Apple organisations.
